• Appointments last one hour and are usually weekly.
  


• My counselling room comfortable and private, but is on an upper floor. Please contact me
  if this is a problem for you – we can make alternative arrangements.
  


• All your records will be kept in a locked filing cabinet in the counselling room.
  


• You will not be identified by name in any supervision sessions.
